This is a great deal. I have already had 10 clients call and ask me to send them proof showing 1 year back that they had insurance on an old guzzler. I personal have a 1994 v6 Camry my college daughter drives. The combined mpg rating is 19. Man I missed by 1 mpg. Several countries have been doing this to entice car sales, seems to work, lets hope they try other businesses.
The dealers in my town were burning the midnight oil. i thought people would stop buying once the deal was over, but i was wrong. The flood is over but there is still a steady stream of buyers. lets hope the economy gives us all a happy new year.
I wonder, now that this program is over, if the “powers that be” consider the program a success or failure.
