I was sorry to read the story in the Portland Business Journal that Joe’s Sports will be starting liquidation sales tomorrow Friday April 10th. I worked for a company who did it right. The branch VP of the company reduced his salary by 50%. This freed up additional revenue, which was used to continue to employ support staff. All other managers took a 20% pay cut. Drastic times required drastic measures.
